Call to order at 7:07PM. Minutes of October 25 were unanimously approved.

Administrative

• Open Space funds still in resolution with Twp accounting.
• PSATs article on Open Space to be circulated in PDF file.
• Need to seek BOS action on renewal of Twp PALTA associate membership.
• OSC will endorse four incumbents for reappointment by BOS.
• All OSC members and partners/spouses are invited to Twp holiday party 12/17.

Old Business

• Artists for Conservation netted $5400 from current GRWA show. Heritage Conservancy will hold in escrow for open space projects in Gallows Run. Alessi proposed that GRWA have Heritage administer the expenditures.
• Response to invitations to November 7 outreach event was 5%; and one landowner attended. Chapman suggested a more personal contact to landowners could be more effective. Tenney asked whether a speakers’ forum might be better outreach.
• Easement Package Update: need to reformat appraisers and attorneys.
• Website: Frank has write-ups on four most recent easements; Sanci will send photos. Chapman will up-load Twp Open Space plan and easement application form.

New Business

• Easement document files: Alessi gathering public documents from County. Chapman will gather docs for four most recent easements and develop a document check list.
• Twp Park&Rec Committee needs to file complete plan for Rapp Creek Park.

Executive Session opened at 8:05 and closed at 8:50.

Alessi volunteered to send holiday cards to easement donors, to Heritage and County OSC.
