NOCKAMIXON TOWNSHIP

FEE SCHEDULE – 2006

 

The Nockamixon Township Board of Supervisors and the Nockamixon Township Planning Commission, in the exercise of their responsibilities, and with approval of the Board of Supervisors, may call upon the services of consultants for engineering, legal, site design, traffic design, landscape architecture and other services as it may deem necessary for the examination of subdivision, land development, land use or other applications and observation of required public improvements. The applicant agrees to establish and escrow account with Nockamixon Township for the purpose of reimbursing Nockamixon Township for the actual costs of these expenses, plus a ten percent (10%) administrative charge for each invoice for costs of administration and processing. Any unused portion of the refundable escrow shall be returned to the applicant within sixty (60) days of the plan being signed.

 

In the event an escrow amount falls below 20% of the original escrow deposit and it seems likely that costs will run in excess of the unused portion, the Township reserves the right to require an additional escrow deposit up to the original escrow amount. This additional escrow amount shall be paid when requested.

 

In the event construction or occupancy occurs prior to the obtaining of any permit required, the Application Fee for such permits shall be double the amount provided under the fee column herein.
