Chair B. Sadow opened the February 2, 2010 Planning Commission with a salute to the flag at 7:30 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

A motion was made by J. Petersen, seconded by C. Hall, to approve the minutes of the January 5, 2010 PC meeting as presented. M. Kulp abstained. D. Haubert arrived after the minutes. The motion carried 5-0-1.

SUBDIVISIONS : B. McArdle 3-Lot Subdivision – TMP# 30-11-105 – Sign Final Plan

A motion was made by D. Haubert, seconded by M. Kulp, that M. Kulp, B. Sadow and D. Haubert will sign the final plan on the B. McArdle 3-Lot Subdivision Plan. The motion carried 7-0-0.

NEW BUSINESS:Tour of Gorham Property Board/Planners- Saturday, February 6, 2010 @ 9:00 AM – Attendees- About 6 or 7 planners plan to attend the tour.

Planning Commission 2009 Annual Report of Activity - A motion was made by M. Kulp, seconded by C. Hall, to recommend for approval the Nockamixon Township 2009 Annual Report of Activity as presented. The motion carried 7-0-0.

An extension was received for the Wehrungs Phase II and Gross Byers Jan 22 memorandum.

ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by M. Kulp, seconded by C. Hall, to adjourn the Planning Commission meeting at 7:40 PM. The motion carried 7-0-0.
